In the following, we bring you closer to our corporate mission statement and thus to our visions, goals, drive and the principles of our work. The company mission statement is composed of a variety of working principles and goals and is constantly evolving. So do we as a company and team SEVentilation.
Our name has developed from our conviction and the objective of our company. Our company name Save Energy Ventilation – SEVentilation short for – stands for the highest possible living comfort, for resource protection and the lowest possible environmental impact.
In the following we will show you the basic principles of our work, our vision and our goals in detail. Furthermore, our motivation for daily work shall become clear.
Working in a team means learning from each other, sharing knowledge and solving problems together. In certain cases, only a joint “look” at the respective projects leads to success. Bringing in expertise, experience and industry knowledge is essential for our work.
High quality and tested ventilation systems are a matter of course for SEVentilation. A large number of our units have DIBt approval. This approval tests the ventilation systems, among other things, with regard to fire protection and substances hazardous to health. In Germany, only ventilation systems (with heat recovery) with DIBt approval may be installed according to Building Regulations List B Part 2. We use only qualitative materials for our devices. Our suppliers are all located in Germany.
The continuous development and innovation on our products makes them very competitive and gives you decisive advantages in the market. Our in-house sound room enables sound improvements to our products. An optimized fan geometry ensures almost noiseless ventilation.
Regular checks in all processes ensure a high quality level of our products and minimize the error rate. This is why product complaints are the exception at our company. And if you do complain about something, we will take care of the matter quickly and find a satisfactory solution for you.
Our vision is simple, but at the same time comprehensive. We want to be your partner for ventilation. We would like to accompany, advise and support you throughout the entire project. Our comprehensive and free package includes in-depth and sound advice from our experienced and carefully selected staff. The SEVentilation team will support you in the choice and installation of a ventilation system suitable for your property. Furthermore, we provide you with object- or project-related, detailed positioning proposals for our decentralized and centralized ventilation systems. We rely on a working relationship with our customers based on partnership.
What would a corporate mission statement be without goals? Correct, no mission statement. For our goals and their achievement our team works closely together on a daily basis. We have set ourselves the following ambitious goals:

We are a mixed team of young and more experienced colleagues working together. This enables us to work in a dynamic, innovative, but also thoughtful and knowledge-intensive way. We approach our daily work on our products and with our customers and project partners with verve, joy and the necessary bite.
Due to our flat hierarchy as a medium-sized company, every employee is encouraged to contribute their own ideas, suggestions, but also criticism. This allows us to respond quickly to changing events.
