Contact and planning phase
After the first contact, you send us your plans for the respective building project and communicate your requirements for the ventilation system. We analyse the plans and prepare an offer according to your ideas.

Development phase
If changes need to be done to our series ventilation systems, we will develop individual subassemblies from scratch for you or draw on previously developed individual products for this purpose. By implementing a large number of individual construction projects, we have been able to gain extensive experience in this area and create a large portfolio of products in addition to our series products. With the latest testing technology for air performance measurements and our own sound room for testing external sound insulation (standard sound level difference) and intrinsic noise in accordance with a wide range of standards, we ensure that we can meet your requirements. After the final coordination with you and the project staff in our company, we begin with the production of your components.

Production phase
A modern machine park directly at the main location of our production enables us to quickly realise your desired ideas. In addition to metal construction with laser machine, hydraulic bending machine, various welding devices and cutting equipment, we also process polymer materials directly from raw material or a large portfolio of specially developed moulded parts, which we then adapt to your requirements. We also have several 3D printers with which we have already been able to manufacture series products.

Final phase
The individual products / assemblies are built in the final production and finished for dispatch according to the highest quality criteria. Delivery and scheduling of the finished products is done with you in consultation with our project staff.
