Dew point control cellar Z-SEC-TPS

The dew point control compares the dew point of the outside air with the dew point of the inside air and only ventilates when the dew point of the outside air is lower than the dew point of the room air. The dew point ventilation control is combined with the SEC – Basic, the SEC – Basic BF, the SEC – 20 and with the SEC – Touch. The dew point control can also be used as an independent control without an additional controller when exhaust air units are used. Here, the dew point control regulates the power supply of the fan. Since the fans connected to the dew point control or to the respective controller only operate when uncritical ventilation conditions prevail, the operating costs are lower than with a conventional ventilation system. Thus, an additional moisture load on your basement or damp rooms is prevented, as the dew point control only releases the ventilation when the outside air is drier than the basement air.
