On this page you will find our ventilation systems with enthalpy heat exchanger and side room connection – SEVi Multi, the SEVi 200 and our KTR 50 room dehumidifier for basement rooms.
The SEVi Multi can be used as a single room ventilation system or for ventilating several rooms. Our SEVi Multi has an output of up to 60 m³/h and a power consumption of only 0.19 W/(m³/h) and 0.28 W/(m³/h). Furthermore, it can be installed horizontally or vertically in the outer wall. For example, installation under the window, above the window or vertically in a corner of the room is suitable as an installation location. The control is integrated in the ventilation system and can be operated via a flap in the inner panel.
Due to its optional second room connection for supply and extract air, it can be used flexibly. Thus, for example, interior (windowless) extract air rooms such as bathrooms or kitchens can also be integrated into the ventilation concept in small utilisation units. If the corridor is used as an overflow area, up to 3 rooms can be ventilated with one ventilation unit. Two different air duct systems (round duct 75 and our flat system duct) and numerous air inlets and outlets are available for the secondary room connection (ventilation systems with enthalpy heat exchanger and secondary room connection).
This ventilation system can be used in residential buildings as well as in the accommodation or office sector. It is ideal for the ventilation of small usage units, small to medium-sized residential units, student residences, hotel rooms or retirement homes. The SEVi Multi is also very suitable for multi-storey buildings due to its two high-pressure centrifugal fans.
Ventilation systems with enthalpy heat exchanger and SEVi Multi side room connection – both dust and pollen filters or filters of filter class F7 can be used here. Maintenance and filter changes can be carried out almost without tools and are quick and easy to implement. The efficient enthalpy heat exchanger recovers a large part of the heat as well as a part of the humidity. This counteracts drying out of the room air in cold winter months. In addition, the SEVi Multi has automatic motorised or manual flap control. It has an energy efficiency class of A.
