Decentralised ventilation SEVi 160

Decentralised ventilation SEVi 160

SEVi 160 - the standard variant of our sound insulated ventilator

The SEVi 160 is one of the smallest decentralised ventilation systems with heat recovery. With an external sound insulation of up to 49 dB, it already belongs to the class of sound-insulating ventilators. Depending on the configuration, however, even higher values (up to 61 dB) can be achieved for the external sound insulation. Here, the technical parameters of the individual product configurations change (see the technical data of the individual product configurations).

Structure of the product

The SEVi 160 as a standard variant (decentralised ventilation SEVi 160) consists of a fixed pipe (Ø = 160 mm) made of PPs (polypropylene) flame retardant, for installation of the ventilation system in properties with various wall thicknesses from 260 mm. The ventilation system is fixed in the PPs pipe. It consists of an EPP (expanded polypropylene) casing. This material has a strong sound-absorbing and insulating effect.

An extremely quiet reversible high-performance fan from Fa. Papst operates in the housing. This fan has been optimised for both running directions for the first time. A high-tech ceramic (specific heat capacity 877 J/kgK) is implemented as heat exchanger. The specially designed weather protection bonnet with wind protection function prevents water from entering the ventilation system. In addition, a dust filter (optional pollen and active climate filter) is inserted into the system for protection against external influences. (The filters in the SEVi 160 decentralised ventilation system are very easy to change).

straight through the wall

The standard solution in new construction and renovation is installation straight through the wall. The decentralised ventilation systems from SEVentilation integrate inconspicuously into the outer wall.
